Playlists have dissapeared

 

Hello,
Recently I have received a letter that my Spotify account's email has been changed to some random one. So I contacted spotify immediately and restored the previous one. I think it was a theft attempt, but it was stopped very quickly. However after this incident I cannot find my playlists anymore, they have disappeared and the only thing I can do is listen to its radio. This happens on my mobile phone and my computer, or anywhere I log on to my account. I have tried logging in with my email and my username individualy, but it does not do anything. If you could provide a solution I would be very thankful.

Hi there, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared—it sounds like you’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here. There you can determine if you have a second account, and what steps to take next.

If that is not the case, follow the steps from the attached image 🙂
