Playlists keep getting deleted

Device: Windows 10 Desktop PC and Iphone 4S

Operating System Version: Windows 10 and IOS 9.2.1

Spotify Version: 1.0.24.104.g92a22684 (windows)

(iphone) 5.1.0.1019

Description:

My Playlists dissappear ALL the time. I recover them and then they still get deleted. It's getting annoying.

Add to this there are other playlists that i havent subscribed to that keep appearing on my playlist section, even after i deleted them.

so to sumamrise, the playlists i create keep getting deleted, the playlists that i have subscribed to and that i unfollow and delete keep coming back.

please help

Could you reset your password? Does this fix the issue?

I have the same issue as @koolkash, but while my playlists gets deleted, three other playlists appears. It says I made them, but I didn't. They have over 1000 songs combined. I tried changing my password, but it didn't work. I keep deleting those and recover my own lists, but it's starting to get annoying. Know anything about this?
