Playlists lost while syncing

I unchecked playlists on my MacBook Air and then synced to my iPhone 5.  Now the unchecked playlists have disappeared.  Is there a way to retrieve them?  I don't see that I have Time Machine on my laptop...

You should be able to restore any deleted playlist from your online account:

Have those playlists vanished from both your phone and your mac? Is it all of your playlists?

Hi!  Just the playlists that I had unchecked have disappeared from my phone AND from my mac
