I won’t sign Spotify’s new EULA. Because of this, I can’t access my playlists that I spent years creating. Is there a way around this?

I can’t even use the utility here: https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/console/get-playlists/

I need an Oauth token, but it takes me to the EULA.
