Playstation Problem

I want to link my premium Spotify account with my Sony Entertainment account, but when I try to log in it says: "Your account is already connected to another Sony Entertainment account." - I've tried now to disconnect every connection to my Spotify account but it still won't work, this problem is like 3 months old and I already wrote a message to the German Spotify Support and then to the Sony Support (Spotify said I should contact them).

Now I'm trying to get hopfully answers here
