Playstation Problems

So i made a account on playstation on spotify got the free month trial premium then made a playlist but i wanna play the songs on my phone but whenever i try to sign in on my phone it says the email has already made an email account (login failed) Pls help

That doesn't sound good. Did you sign up for Spotify using Facebook? If so, try clicking the blue buttton instead, 'Log In with Facebook'

i can sign into ps4 spotify but when i try to sign in on my phone it comes up with this and i didnt use my facebook :'( pls help

I'd suggest you just use your username, not email address in your case. You should also change that screenshot because your email is view-able, from a security viewpoint 🙂

Hey again!

Just try entering the part of your email before the @ part. For example, if your email address is address@domain.com, enter address as your username.
