Playstation and Spotify

So I went to my Playstation account to unlink my account but seems like it's my spotify account which is linked to (and hold on because this is a major issue) my X's Playstation account and I do not know his logon info and we aren't really on speaking terms so if anyone could please tell me how the frick-frack I unlink it without having to contact him, I would be very pleased

Hi. I'm afraid you will need to log in with his PS account. There is no other way to unlink spotify from a psn account.

How do I unlink my Spotify account and my account on PlayStation™Network?​
Once your subscription has expired, simply sign-out of Spotify on your PlayStation system to unlink your accounts.

You can also unlink accounts from this web page. Simply sign-in with your PlayStation® Network account and follow the instructions.

In this case, you might have to contact Sony PlayStation support to see if they can help disconnect it if you do not have access to the account.
