I want to link my Spotify account with the PS4, but it is already linked to my old PS3 account and I don't remember the login to the account.

We're afraid that currently it's not possible to unlink your old PS account from Spotify's end.

We'd recommend checking with them on this. You can reach the PlayStation support team vie the @AskPlayStation account on Twitter or via the PlayStation support site.

They should be able to remove the link between the old PlayStation account and your Spotify account.
