Please Help. I'm paying for premium service and I can't stream music!

I'm paying $10/mo for premium service, but Spotify is not allowing me to stream music, only listen to the radio. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help! Thanks.

This is happening to me too, I have log in with both FB and Spotify accounts, not sure what the deal is, I have purchase receipts as well for payment. This thing needs to work.

What devices are you all using? 

 

Try these steps:

1. Verify your subscription is active on your online overview. If not, make sure your most recent payment did not fail and that you are logging in using the correct log in details you used when you subscribed. 

2. Log out of Spotify.

3. Full restart your device.

4. Log back into Spotify

 

Hopefully after that your subscription will be recognised by your device. If you have any issues, get in touch with the Spotify team using the contact form and one of their agents will be able to assist you.
