I set up an account for my daughter along with her new email address. I cannot remember the password and the email address seems to not be recognised when I try to login - the free month trial has passed - we didn't use it once because every time I tried to access the account it kept asking me to login which I can't do!!! We are now paying the monthly fee and can't access anything - so to be clear no password and no email address is working and no phone number or email seems to be available to contact Spotify - please help, can't afford to pay monthly for something we can't use! I mum who is losing her mind!!

Spotify currently doesn't have telephone support, but you can get in touch with the Support team either through the Contact form or send a DM to @SpotifyCares

You can also securely send the info needed to recover the account (or cancel the subscription if needed).
