Please cancel my subscription

Please cancel my subscription

Hi i cancled my subscription, because i would like to link my Spotify Account with Telekom. My subscription Should end by 29.4.2016 But now i Got 30 days extra please cancel my subscription and Set my Account to a free Account.

You can cancel your subscription by following this guide: (https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/ )
When you have cancelled successfully, you should get a confirmation email of that.

Hi first of all the link is Dead.
But Thank You that You want to help.

I already canceled my subscription.
But i Got Another freemonth. I want a free Account so i can link my subscription with Telekom....

I canceled my subscription about 10 days before the month was due and I still got charged. Is there something that I did not do right?

My subscription Should cancled since 29.04.16 this stands on the subscription site... It cant be so difficult, why Spotify does not just cancel my subscription... They will get still Money from me...

Hey again!

That is weird. The link is working fine on my end. Can you try it again? Or you can try this one ( https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-cancel-subscription/ ). After you've cancelled your subsciption successfully, you should get a confirmation email. Your account should show you then the date which your Premium subcription will revert to the free ad-based version and then you can re-subscribe through Telekom.

When you cancelled your subscription, did you receive a confirmation email? If you did it successfully you should have one, as all users get it. Make sure to check your spam folder as well.

Hi thx i tried it again on PC, IT works But i already canceled the subscription.. And i already wrote this :(... It says the subscription end on 29.4.16.. Do You understand my Problem?

Did you receive the confirmation email as well?
Another idea is if you subscribed to Premium via another service, like iTunes, bacause in that case you should try cancelling through them.
If that didn't help, maybe you should try contacting Spotify either via their contact form here (https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ ) or their twitter handle @SpotifyCares . Just make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive, even if it's a no-reply!

Hi Kates, i am now more confused Than before, i searched the confirmation email , there stand that the subscription end on May 14, But i cant link with Telekom today... I replied now.. Thank You. 😞
