Please help!! I still haven't received the reset link


I tried to reset my password and still haven't received the reset link. I even checked everywhere even in junk and spam mail.  Can someone please help?

If you're sure that you entered the correct email address (or username) for your Spotify account, then I would first recommend trying resetting your password using a private window or a different browser, again checking all email filters including spam/junk.


If you still aren't receiving a password reset email, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support by clicking on their contact link provided in this support article, under “Old email address?” They’ll take a look and do their best to help.
