Please help! My account is downgraded and all of my playlists are gone

Please help! My account is downgraded and all of my playlists are gone

The title pretty much sums it all up. I tried logging in without facebook with the same login info so that Spotify would stop posting songs to my facebook page but I think that instead this may have created two accounts with the same account login info. As a result, all of my playlists are gone and my account has been downgraded from Premium. Help with this issue would be much appreciated as I use Spotify nearly every day!

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You could also try going to your account and clicking recover playlist on the settings page on a computer.
