Please help me change my username from my real name to my companies name.

I want to change my username from my real name to my companies name....In the same way NME has NME selected. How do I do this?

That is a little bit tricky since it depends on how your account was created, firstly its worth pointing out you can't change your real Spotify username, your real name is just your display name when you are connected to Facebook. 

The only way I can think to do this is if you have a Spotify username style account, you would need to make a personal Facebook profile (not page - can't use pages since Spotify is "for personal usage") for your company and link Spotify to it (From Edit > Preferences > Social Network in the desktop client). If you created your Spotify account using Facebook, then you can't change the Facebook account connected to your account. 

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they might have some further suggestions.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
