I am appealing to the community as numerous emails have gone unanswered. My account was hacked and the email was changed. I cancelled my subscription due to no response and apparently I am still being charged for premium music services. I would like my account reimbursed and my subscription permanently cancelled as it is beyond ridiculous that there is no way to contact Spotify personnel by phone. My Facebook account is still tied to the Spotify account but I cannot open Spotify or handle any issues via Spotify channels as all emails are going to the hacker. If anyone can assist I would appreciate the help.
