Please help with premium

Hello- I just downloaded spotify and am trying to use the premium trial subscription. However, it keeps telling me that I don't have the premium. I wouldn't mind buying the subscription I just don't know how to get it to recognize that I signed up for premium. It says I have signed p for it and i got a confirmation email. I also tried logging out and then logging back in. Please help :)

Hey Ashmac,

 

We've checked your account and your subscription's definitely all gone through okay. It's a bit annoying but sometimes our system takes a while to update. If you wait a few hours then log out and back in, that should get you access to all the neat Premium benefits. Enjoy the trial!

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post they might be able to "push" your premium to your device a little quicker.
