Please help

My card keeps getting charged for premium; that's not an issue if I could Access the Spotify account. I lost my phone and with it all log in info for that account but still being charged. Can I use my card information to get them to switch the premium account to my new email without having login info for old one?

Hey @Stowers1pells,


Do you remember the email address you used to register your Spotify account? If so, ask for a password reset.


Then, login into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.


After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
