Please help!

So, I just finally decided to upgrade to Spotify Premium, and I saw that they had a student deal. I was like, great, I can get a discount because I'm a student. So I put in all of my card information, and it went through. I know that it went through, because I made it so that my card would send me text messages when transactions were made on my card. I saw that I was charged 4.99 or 5 something, which is fine. Then, I went to start using my premium account and the app crashed. I saw that I still had a free account, and I was confused. I just tapped on the "Go Premium" button to see if it would start letting me use my premium account. Instead, it charged me an extra $9.99 for a regular premium account. I really would like only the student premium account, and I really don't have a lot of money to be throwing out because of an app crashing. Please help! Thanks!
