Thanks for posting here in the Community! Since the idea to allow followers to be blocked has already been posted and is currently "Under Consideration", the best suggestion I can share is for you to add your VOTE+ here and share any additional feedback on the Idea's page.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to speed up the process, but rest assured that you can request the Customer Support team to permanently remove an account from your followers list if you wish to.
