I've had Spotify pretty consistently over the last three years and have always been happy with the service. I always make sure there's money in my account for it to charge but o just started working for Starbucks and found out we get free premium through being a partner. It told me that o needed to cancel out my current subscription and then start it up after my sub ended. Well, my partner numbers don't work just yet and I was just charged today (I was thinking my renew date was the 19th and not the 17th) and overdrafted my account. Can I please cancel my subscription and have it reimbursed so that I can enroll with my partner numbers later this week when they work? Please oh please.
