Please read: account synced, all playlists lost

Hi,

I had signed up for Spotify with my Facebook account, and created a bunch of playlists on it. I did this freshman year of college in the US. I spent the summer in Hong Kong, and created a second account using another one of my emails to use locally. However, it appears that both of my accounts have been synced, and every single one of my playlists have been wiped out-- the account is totally empty and depersonalized now. 

The former account, which one of my friends was following, has been assigned the number "1249028968" instead of my name... I can still get to the account from my friend's following list, and see my playlists, but I just can't access it.

Please help.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in recovering your old account and playlists.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
