Pls help with account

Pls help

Help, my dad had his premium account purchased on some sketchy website for small amount of money. But now he switched to tidal, and his account was 'deleted' but not entirely, deleted was his favorites but saved albums and artist he has, and his got a lot of that. He can't login but he needs his saved albums. I'm wondering if you can transfer all of the saved albums to a new account?

In this case, I’d recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so they can take a closer look behind the scenes and see what options are available. You can find the best way to reach them here.

Since it sounds like Premium was purchased from an unauthorized seller, I can’t say for sure what they’ll be able to do in terms of transferring playlists and such, but they should be able to give you more insight into the situation.

Just as a heads-up for the future, I’d strongly recommend only subscribing through Spotify’s official Premium page to avoid any issues like this.
