Poor management of subscriptions

Spotify not notified by mail when you drop a subscription. Spotify has continued to charge it despite canceling the account. How can I have proof of cancellation

I've just taken a look at your account - You have cancelled your account on the 29th of May, and you will revert to the free version of Spotify on 2012-06-14.

But had a trial period that I used in February and canceled before it was expired. From the website checked that I had canceled but after 3 months and accidentally (I opened spotify for first time since then) I saw that it was'nt canceled and I've been charging for 3 ​​months. So yesterday I canceled again. 

 

I demand a refund. I was very careful to properly unsubscribe before the end of the trial period.
