Pre paid gift Card did not cover my premium suscribtion

I used to pay my premium subscription with my credit card, but later on I cancel my credit card, so in order to still having my premium subscription and bought a gift card and used it, as I received a receipt for my purchase, but the gift card was not redeemed to my spotify account and now I do not have premium service

Normally this happens when a duplicate account exists, one with a Spotify username / password and one with your Facebook details.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
