Preference mislead

It was really fine before the user population grow in Taiwan.
The "Browse" isn't refering me things as usual.
Where can I setup preference? Can I click on one playlist and give a feedback say that "this is not in my favor list, don't pop it up again"?
For example, I listen to indies so much that spotify mostly give me the right suggestions, but there's only one indie playlist left in my "Browse"now.
Another example, I never listen to k-pop, but there's always top suggestions on my "Browse"
Another more example, I seldom listen to Chinese/Mandarin songs, and it takes like half of my suggestion list.

There's another thing, ther lists is now in 2 languages, a little annoying to me sometimes. I'd rather it in all English.
There's one way that I thought to fix all theses problems: fake my origin as USA. But I think it just detected me listening in Taiwan.
