I have a primum account with my family, all members of my family have there Spotify working perfect, I am the admin, can’t get my music, my info is all wrong and account says free, while I pay for primum.

i do not have another e mail

kindly advise

Yes I have done this, I go into an account that has user information not realated to me, and it’s says I’m not primum while I should be admin to all my famil who are still active and primum
