Hi,

 

I had forgotten may password, requested to change it and once done and when I logged in I was only a free member despite being a premium member for years with the last withdrawal on Aug 30th. What shall i do to get back to my original account?

Sounds like you might have multiple accounts and you're signing into the wrong one. Can you try going to spotify.com/password-reset and typing in all your e-mails to see if you have any other accounts? If another is found, try logging into that one. If you're unable to find another account, contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can take a look at what happened. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should hear back from a representative within 24 - 48 hours.
