Premion via web, but not on Android and PC

Hello,

I have downloaded Spotify APP at my mobile phone and have payed for premioun.

Unfortunatelly I still have free trial period on my mobile app and also on the downloaded program in the PC. But as I log-in to my web account I can see, that there is already premium activated.

What should I do with that? Money at PayPal were withdrawn.

Hey @zuzyzuzy! Thanks for writing.

If you're able to access your Premium account on your web browser, could you check your account info here? You'll be able to see your account info from there, and view your username and email address. You can also check if your account was created with Facebook.

Once you have that info, log in with your username or email address to your Premium account. If your Premium account was Facebook-created, just click on the blue "Log in with Facebook" button and you'll be good to go.

I can see on the web, that I have premium account. But on the phone as I am logged via Facebook or with the email adress, I still see, that I don´t have premium + it is offering me the possibility to become premium member.

I don´t know, what to do now.
