Premium Account Cancellation

Hi, I'm using Spotify Premium with mobile operator campaign (Vodafone Turkey) and I couldn't cancel my subscription. When I talked mobile operator customer representative, she said that they can't help with this issue, only Spotify can handle membership procedures. Thank you..

Unfortunately, Spotify won't be able to help you out as Vodafone is the biller. Contact them once again to see if you can get any resolution.
