Premium Account Disappeared and Payment continue

I unsubscribe to March 2013, but since paypal continues to charge me € 9.99 per month.
Is it possible to do something, knowing that I have not used my account since.
In my setting the subscription was free.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to stop the transactions, and hopefully refund you, provided either you or they can find sufficient evidence to prove you have been charged.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

If you could try logging in with your username 'uhustick' and your Spotify password, not your Facebook details, you should see your Premium.
