Premium Account Got Hacked

Premium Account Got Hacked

My premium account got hacked and they change my e-mail address, i try to send a help request to contact form but apparently they will provide reply to the hacker's account. This is so **bleep**ed up to be honest. First time I experience hacked account is at spotify. i never experience this issue at other apps. How could the security of this apps is that bad. Also, they promise reply within 2 days. What if the hacker disconnect everything after one day. There goes the free listening to him while I'm paying. By the way this is the hacker's mail caadvialsss@yopmail.com. In case someone's account also got hacked by that mother**bleep**er.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
