Premium Account Not Working

Premium Account Not Working

I have been unable to use spotify for 2 days, as the message on my ipod states that i need to upgrade to a 'Primium' account.  However i already have a Premium accout , in which its subscription automatically updates and is not due to expire until 22/5/2013.

Hi. I followed the steps and deleted my Spotify account but I still cannot get the Application on my Apple Smartphone. Help!

Desktop works fine Premium works fine.

How long ago did you upgrade? Sometimes it can take a few hours for your subscription to be recognised on all of your devices. Make sure you are logging on using exactly the same details as on the desktop.
