Premium Account - Nothing seen in manage my account

Premium Account - Nothing seen in manage my account

Hi I recently subscribed to Premium family and invited 3 family members by email.   2 of them have not received their emails and if i go to Manage my Account the screen is blank

 

The help tells me to use Invite or Amend or Delete options.  There is nothing visible to me to do at all under manage my account?

 

any ideas please?
