Dear People,
Unfortunately Spotify closed my Premium account yesterday, because I was in permissions, I've booked the €9.99 to my bank account. I sign in via my Students Account but normally I don’t use this one. All my good music from the last years are still on my Premium Account. Can you give some options how I can get access to my Premium account again?

Did you get an email confirming that your account got deleted? Spotify doesn't delete accounts without their knowledge.
Also, are you able to log in to your Spotify account here?

First thanks for your reaction, I appreciate it!
See the attached picture, Spotify mentioned that they turn-off my Premium account, but I don’t think that they deleted my account.
It’s not possible for me to log in with my Premium account because they turn-off the account. I logged on with my Student account which I normally don’t use.
Should I send the €9,99 back, or what should I do to get access to my Premium account?

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence.
Please ensure that this is an email that has not been compromised and that you still have access to it.
