Premium Account - Unusable

Premium Account - Unusable

I changed from my own Premium account to joining a Family Duo Premium plan. Since then I cannot use my Spotify app at all (Android, Samsung Galaxy S20). The start screen immediately reverts to "updating my card details". I cannot cancel this, close this etc. Spotify is unusable to me. It somehow seems to revert back to my old individual Premium account as opposed to recognizing my duo family plan. Additional background information: I've changed country too but that all successfully was completed.

 

What can I do that I can please please use my PAID Spotify plan again? It's becoming incredibly frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out. It's possible there was some issue with the last payment and perhaps it is still registered as unsuccessful. Best option would be to reach out to our support team so they can double check your account for you and help you remedy any standing payment issues.
