I’ve downloaded playlists but they won’t play when I am offline, it’s been 3 months! I need support.

For some utterly insane reason, you need to toggle offline mode on manually. It's not good enough to download, you have to take an extra step. Most of Spotify's customers are likely unaware of this and for some reason it's a hidden feature.
