Premium Account change to another Account?

I have a very bad Username and i want to change it, but i have bought Premium on it...

Can i create a new Account and switch my Premium to the other Account?

Lo que pasa es que hubo un error y se me esta cobrando spotify premium familiar y yo quiero el normal quisiera saber si me pueden hacer la devolución de la diferencia a la misma tarjeta con la que hice el pago se los agradecería mucho, ya que no ser así cancelare mi subscripción con ustedes. gracias
