Ive just written down a code from my card, i ve chosen Premium Account for 1 month and it doesnt work, i mean i still have a free account..a code is not valid anymore (i tried few times after). Is there anything I can actually do with it? Thanks in advance 🙂

Is your account on your online overview showing as free too?
If so, it sounds like you might have accidentally redeemed the card on the wrong account. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get everything sorted for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
