My Question or Issue

My premium account was deleted.

I was able to re-create an account(currently this) using my deleted account email address. Really dunno why you would delete my account. I did not purposely delete my account.

No, it is not facebook account and whatever else. Have checked my phone cache and theres 2 accounts, my old acct that was deleted and this current one which uses the same email add. I have the emails from last few years.

Now i don't have premium, lost my playlists and settings etc.

Am **bleep**!!!

Please delete this current account(which im using just to post this and get help) and reactivate my old account with premium i paid, a.s.a.p. Appreciate if i get a mail rather than reply on this forum, don't really like the format here.

I'm sorry to hear this.

Did you get an email notification when your account was deleted, or any notice? If so, could you send me a screenshot of that email? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Can you let us know how did you find out your account was deleted? 

If you got an error message when trying to log in, what did it say exactly? We'd appreciate some more info on this to  be able to help you asap 🙂
