Premium Account hacked !

Hi, ( sorry for my english I am french..)

Friday, my premium spotify account has been hacked.

I already payed for february etc and sent a mail to spotify office for help me, but nobody answered.


What's happen ?

I was listening music on my mac when it stopped, so I saw that another laptop was listening my music ! I directly changed my password and disconnected all my devices from the account. ( what spotfify help advised)

And Saturday (!!) I received a mail which said that : "your mail ***** has been changed to ****" and it was not me ! After this, I wanted to go on spotify app but my account has been hacked and I pay every month for someone else? What can I do ? 

If you know how I can recover my account with all my playlist ..It will be so nice and I will be so thankfull !
