My Question or Issue

I just joined Spotify, from Qatar.   I'm from India and I shuttle between India and Qatar quiet often.  All my playlist are Indian music /and some English music.

If I join the premium membership with my location saved as India and all payment details from an Indian Credit card, will I be able to listen to my music in Qatar also, or any part of the world, for that matter.?
