I have a premium account however I have had to reinstall Spotify onto my iPhone but will only display the free version. How do I get it to recognise I’m a premium account holder and let me download music?

Does your account overview say that you've got Spotify Premium?
No It says free but I’m paying the £9.99 per month for premium?

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
