Hi Spotify,


I cancelled my Spotify premium few months back, but Spotify still charged me every month $10.00 from my debit card. Please assist on this matter.

Hey @mavislcy,


The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
