Premium Charged Twice, once on 3/9 and once on 3/10

I just checked my Debit card statement and saw that Spotify charged me for my subscription twice, on two separate days.  This is not reflected in my payment history on my Spotify account.  My 3 months for $0.99 just finished and this is my first $10.00 charge for my Sportify account.
