Premium Duo and Changing Country

Hello,

I lived in Austria and my account was created in Austria with an Austrian address. Now I moved to Slovakia and I wanted to change the country because I also changed my package to Premium Duo so that my husband can use it as well. I changed the country as explained on the webpage under payment methods and also put in new payment details. I also changed my address. But when I save it, even when I log out and in again, the country still shows as Austria. And when I send my husband the invite for Premium Duo it comes up with that it looks like trying to login from another country. What can I do?

Hi Nadja! Thank you for contacting Spotify Support. I would recommend changing the address on your Spotify account.  I hope this helped!

If you've successfully updated the payment details and the address, the country will be automatically changed with the next payment. You can head here to check when that is. Then you can follow these steps to invite your husband to the Premium Duo.
