Premium Familie staat in eens op gratis??

Sinds 2 dagen is mijn familie premium ineens naar gratis account gegaan terwijl er in maart nog is afgeschreven.

 

Hoe kan ik dit oplossen???

I just want to make sure i understood the issue correctly.

You're using a Free account which turned into a Family account and you got charged for it ?

Hello, thanks for replay.

 

no I have a premium family and suddenly it is a free account.

 

spotify take te money from my bank account in March.  so i do not understand whats going on.

Let's start by checking out your current subscription status on your account page here.

 

If it shows as Free, i suggest you follow the instructions here to make sure you do not have a second account and that you're logged into the right one with the right subscription. 

 

If neither provided the reason to the issue, please mention if you're the owner of the plan or if you were invited to it.

Alright,

I had already followed those steps and I am the one who pays premium
The main account is mine (i have logged in with that account its say free) 

 

i don not no how i can turn it back? to premium

Please check your receipts here and track down the one mentioning the cancellation of your Premium Family.

 

It seems like your payment did not go through which might be the reason for this issue.

Let me know if there's any error notifying you of a payment failure.
