Hi all, I have a question regarding my Premium Family Account, 'cause it's not working like it's supposed to. When me and my girlfriend both want to use this Premium Family Account (which I am the accountholder of) at the same time, only one of us gets to listen. Why is that and how can it be fixed?

Hey @good2cu,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
