Premium Family Help!

Salutations everyone!

So back in March, me and my boyfriend were offered a premium Spotify account with our phone plan, but the subscription ended about a month ago, and i wanted to get it back so i literally just resubscribed to premium a few minutes ago, but had no idea that there was a family option until i already purchased the premium.

Now, it's just me and my boyfriend using spotify, but I'm wondering if i pay for family right now, will i get charged for both individual AND a family plan??
And if so, should/do i have to just wait until this subscription ends and then sign up for family, or can i somehow get a refund then pay for a family plan?

Hey @alexsapien,

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium for Family subscription. This can bring your next payment date forward. (See your subscription page.)
