My Question or Issue

I signed up as the account holder for our premium family membership nearly 2 years ago. Last year someone in Mexico took my account, logged me out of all devices and took over. I spent almost 2 months unraveling that nightmare while paying for my premier family account. Now, when I log in, it says I'm a family member on the account and I no longer have account holder privledges. I can't invite my husband or manage anything within our account. I've been trying to figure this out for over 2 hours and looking for help.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. If you think this issue can be caused because someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.
