Premium Family Subscriptions!

 I am thinking of going to premium for family plan. I was looking at a friends and he has adds on his. Is this normal? I don't get adds on my premium and do not want to deal with adds. 

  Also wondering if there is a yearly 1 time cost instead of monthly? I took an offer to do that on my premium acct.

Hi @riggerk5,

That's odd to hear about your friend getting adverts on their account! Both Spotify Premium and Family are advert free. I'd reccomend checking that your friend does indeed have an Premium account. And if they do they can reach out here and I'll take a closer look.

With regards to payment periods - at the present time the family plan can only be paid for monthly. But I'm happy to pass any feedback on you may have about this.
